Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing items in the shipment
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product received.
